1. The service
Warp Drive Control Zone (“Service”) is a website at warp-drive.org and a Discord bot for organizing tournaments on Discord servers: sign-ups, brackets, results, a public tournament and server directory, and an organizer dashboard. It is not affiliated with Discord Inc. or with the publishers of any listed game.
2. Who can use it
People who meet Discord’s minimum age (13, or higher where local law requires). Sign-in is only through a Discord account.
3. Rules
- No unlawful use, spam, fraud, circumventing security or disrupting the Service.
- Fair play in matches on Warp Drive servers (ranked, casual and tournament): programs, client modifications and macros that give an advantage are forbidden – e.g. flying, speeding up movement or the game, longer attack reach, automatic clicking, aiming or building, seeing through walls – as are exploiting game bugs, fixing results and playing on someone else’s account or on several accounts to boost results. Mods that only change looks or performance and give no advantage (e.g. Sodium, OptiFine) are allowed. For a violation we may void matches, take back the LY and rewards earned in them (e.g. Cores for matches, season and tournament rewards), issue a warning or a ban. A member of the platform team makes the decision; you can appeal with a ticket in Help. Only for an obvious cheat (e.g. flying or a much longer reach) the system may stop a ranked match and block playing for 7 days on its own – the team confirms or lifts that block within 24 hours. In a match you can report an opponent with
/zglos <nick>. - Tournament organizers are responsible for their tournaments and rules. Prizes in community tournaments are handed out by the organizing server and settled between the organizer and participants; we are not a party and are not responsible for them. Prizes in official Warp Drive tournaments (money, physical and in-game) are handed out by us under the Prize rules and the tournament’s card.
- Server listings must be truthful. Adult (18+) servers must be labelled as such.
- Private messages and the players directory are optional and off by default. Do not harass, threaten, spam or send links or invitations in messages. Reported conversations are visible to the moderation team, and accounts that abuse messaging may lose it. The platform team may write to you from the official Warp Drive account (e.g. about prizes, tournaments or rule violations) regardless of your messaging settings.
- Team chat is for the members of the team. Do not harass, threaten or spam, and do not send links or invitations. Team names must not impersonate other teams or people or be offensive; the platform team may change or remove such a name.
- Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines also apply on every server.
- We may remove content, hide a listing or block accounts that break these rules (see the report feature).
4. Partner programme, tournament banners and team logos
- Partner status is granted by the platform team after reviewing an application from the server panel, for 6 months at a time. There is no right to partnership; the team may refuse it or revoke it at any time for breaking these terms, inactivity or harming the community. Partners get a badge, a highlight on lists, custom tournament banners and a role on the official Warp Drive Discord.
- Every tournament gets a banner generated from a theme. Custom images can be uploaded only for official Warp Drive tournaments and tournaments of partner servers and servers with Warp Pro.
- You may upload only an image you have the right to use (your own work or one you hold a licence for). You must not use other people’s logos or trademarks in a way that suggests their endorsement, or imitate the look of official Warp Drive tournaments.
- A banner must not contain: nudity or sexual content, violence or gore, hate symbols or content that attacks people or groups, harassment, other people’s personal data (for example contact details or someone’s photo without consent), promotion of gambling, drugs or scams, links, QR codes or invitations to other services, or prize or schedule information that differs from the tournament description.
- We process every uploaded image (crop to 1200×630, remove metadata) and show it on the website, in bot announcements on Discord and in link previews. By uploading it you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to display it for as long as the tournament is in the Service.
- Banners can be reported with the “Report” button on the tournament page. The platform team may remove a banner without prior notice; the organizer receives the reason. Repeated violations may lead to losing custom banners, partner status or access to the Service.
- A team captain can set a team logo. The same rules as for banners apply (rights to the image and forbidden content); the logo is cropped to a 256×256 square and shown on the site. The platform team may remove a logo – the captain receives the reason.
5. Paid extras (Warp Plus, Warp Pro)
- Everything needed to play and run tournaments is free. Warp Plus (for players) and Warp Pro (for players, with an optional Discord server) are optional extras described on the Premium page, with final prices. The seller is the operator of the Service (details at the bottom of this page); payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK) or by Discord (the Warp Drive store on Discord).
- Card subscription renews automatically every month or year until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in “My account → Manage payments”; it then works until the end of the paid period. BLIK buys a one-off pack of 30, 90 or 365 days without renewal; packs add up.
- Before paying you ask for the service to start immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (digital service/content supplied at once). If something does not work, write to us – we handle complaints within 14 days and refund when the service was not provided.
- Warp Pro is a personal subscription: it includes everything in Warp Plus and the personal Pro perks. Buying it does not require choosing a Discord server. The price includes one server that you can pin and unpin in “My account → Warp Pro” (servers with the bot that you manage); that server gets the Pro organiser features. You can change the pinned server at most once every 30 days (pinning for the first time and unpinning are not limited; pinning a different server after unpinning counts as a change).
- Each further server is the “Extra Pro server” add-on (price on the Premium page) – a separate purchase per server, with the same change limit: a card subscription (renews automatically) or a one-off BLIK pack of 30, 90 or 365 days that you extend next to that server in “My account → Warp Pro”. When a paid pack ends, the slot expires and the server pinned to it loses Pro. The add-on works only together with Warp Pro: when Warp Pro ends, the pinned servers (including add-on servers) lose Pro. Warp Pro subscriptions for a server bought before 30 October 2026 and those bought on Discord keep working for that server and give the buyer personal Warp Pro. Warp Drive team members have Warp Pro with no end date (with one server to pin).
- A refund or a payment dispute ends the purchase. A server keeps Warp Pro while the bot is on it. We may change the list of extras.
- Price changes: we may change the prices of Warp Plus, Warp Pro and add-ons – once a year (in January) by the previous year’s average HICP inflation published by Eurostat (Poland for PLN, euro area for EUR and USD), rounded to a price ending in .49 or .99, and also for other valid reasons: changes in the cost of the servers and services we use, taxes and public charges, payment provider fees or the scope of the service. New purchases and BLIK packs are bought at the price shown at checkout. A higher price for an existing subscription applies from the first billing period starting at least 30 days after we notify you; until then you can cancel the subscription and keep the service to the end of the paid period at no extra cost. A price reduction may apply immediately.
- People under 18 may buy only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Account level
- You earn XP for matches, tournaments and weekly missions. Every 500 XP is the next level (1–50); the first 250 XP each week counts double. At level 50 you can claim a Service Medal and go back to level 1. XP has no monetary value and cannot be bought or transferred.
- For every level up (and for a full streak of missions) you get a free crate in your Warp Market inventory. Crates go to Discord accounts older than 30 days without a ban.
- Profile looks (nick colour, frame, title, your own banner) are unlocked by level; looks bought earlier with Cores stay yours. Your own banner (from level 10) must follow the rules – the team may remove it. The team may take back XP and crates obtained against the rules.
Cores
- Cores (◆) are the Service’s points. You earn them for invites and referred servers that count, podium places in official tournaments and linking your first game account; the history is on the “Profile looks” page (◆ Cores).
- Servers with Warp Pro may award Cores for places 1–3 in their tournaments from the server pool (at most 6 / 4 / 2 ◆ per tournament and 50 ◆ per month). We pay them out after a tournament with at least 8 players and no signs of foul play; one person can earn at most 20 ◆ a month this way.
- When top-ups are switched on, Cores can also be bought in packs (payment through Stripe; the payment window shows the exact number of Cores and the pack contains nothing else). Buying a pack is a contract for digital content: you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the Cores from that pack are taken back; if your balance drops below zero, purchases and the market are on hold until it is cleared up.
- Warp Plus and Warp Pro can also be bought with Cores for a month, 3 months or a year (30, 90 or 365 days; the price in Cores is shown before you buy). The period does not renew on its own: it is added to your current period of the same plan and, with a card subscription, starts only after the subscription ends (after the last paid period). Spent Cores and the period bought with them are not refunded in money or exchanged for money.
- Cores cannot be cashed out, exchanged for money or transferred to another person, and they have no monetary value. Cores are spent on keys (claiming items from the scanner), purchases in the Warp Market and Warp Plus and Warp Pro.
- The team may take back Cores and items obtained against the rules (e.g. with alt accounts or arranged matches). We may change the amounts, prices and shop items; looks already bought stay yours. Cores expire when the account is deleted.
Warp Market
- Skins are cosmetic looks for items in our game modes; they give no advantage in a match. You get them from crates, and crates only for free (level-ups, mission streaks and other rewards) – crates cannot be bought or sold. Skins from limited collections (with a copy number) never drop from crates – they are only rewards: for places in tournaments, for your rank and place in a season, for the winning faction, or from the team.
- You put a crate into the X-Ray Scanner. Scanning is free: the crate disappears and the server draws an item using the published odds and shows it to you straight away. You never pay for a draw, a re-draw or for revealing the contents. To take the scanned item into your inventory you use 1 key (◆ 150, a fixed price). You have one slot – you can scan the next crate after you claim the item.
- The odds of every skin in a crate are shown at the crate in your inventory (on hover and in the crate window) before you scan it. The draw happens on the server with a cryptographic random number generator, and every scan records the version of the odds table it used.
- Keys are meant for adults (18+); minors need the consent of a parent or guardian. Keys cannot be transferred or traded.
- Players set prices on the market. A sale costs a 10% fee (5% of the price goes to the skin’s creator, if it has one). A copy claimed from the scanner, bought on the market or won as a reward is trade-locked for 7 days; the creator’s copy is never for sale.
- A tournament organizer can give items from their own inventory as prizes. Until the end of the tournament they are set aside (they cannot be sold, equipped or scanned); after it they go to the winners, and if the tournament is cancelled or does not meet the conditions (at least 8 players, no suspicion of foul play) they return to the organizer.
- Skins, crates and keys are a licence to use them in the Service – they cannot be cashed out or exchanged for money. The team may take back items obtained against the rules (e.g. with alt accounts or fraud) and may change crates and collections; items you own stay yours, except when a collection is retired (next point).
- We may retire collections. Skins from a retired collection disappear from your Inventory (including listed and equipped ones) and you get Cores instead: the median price of that skin’s sales on the Market in the last 30 days (if there were at least 3 sales), never less than its rarity price (◆ 150–2,000) and at most five times that price; without enough sales – the rarity price. Unopened crates and the result waiting in the scanner become “crates to swap” (no key is used): they can’t be scanned and we will swap them for crates of the new collection once we publish it. While there is no collection, crates for playing also arrive as crates to swap. Odds of retired collections are no longer shown.
Workshop
- In the Workshop you can draw skins and send them to voting (up to 3 at a time). You may send only your own work – no textures copied from Minecraft or other games, no trademarks or logos, nothing offensive. Players with at least 10 matches vote; the team decides which designs go into a collection and may send a design back for changes or reject it, giving a reason.
- By sending a design you grant Warp Drive a free, non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual licence to use, adapt (e.g. scale or recolour for the game), show and distribute it in the Service, in the game and in promoting the Service. You keep the copyright and are credited as the creator.
- When the team puts your design into a collection, you get a one-off reward in Cores depending on the rarity (◆ 200–2 500), the creator’s copy of the skin (not for sale) and then 5% of the price of every market sale of that skin. Rewards are paid only in Cores, never in money. Skins already in the game stay in collections after your account is deleted, without your name.
